I cleanse my face with Neutrogena facial cleanser that I use in the shower to have my make-up washed off. Is it necessary, a cotton and removal of make-up used for the clean use makeup?

I think the best way to remove makeup Ponds Cold Cream, uses his incredible ... .. even lower .. Waterproof mascara, and the skin smooth UR .. I hope that helped ...=)
